Terms of Service

Welcome to LifeXpan. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of us.lifexpan.com (the “Site”), operated by LIFEXPAN MEXICO S. de R.L. de C.V. (“LifeXpan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Pre-launch

Our U.S. store is in pre-launch. Products shown on the Site are not available for purchase yet, and prices and product information may change before launch. Right now, the Site lets you learn about our products and join our waitlist. When the store opens, these Terms will apply to your orders together with our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, and we may update them as described in section 15.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to join the waitlist or, once the store opens, to place an order. When we launch, we’ll ship to addresses in the United States; we may limit shipping to certain states or products.

3. Waitlist and launch discount

Joining the waitlist is free. We’ll ask you to confirm your email address.
After you confirm, we’ll email you a personal code for 25% off your first order in our U.S. store. At current official prices, that’s NR PURO 30 for $26 (instead of $35) and NR PURO 60 for $39 (instead of $53); discounted prices are rounded down to the whole dollar.
The code is for one person, can be used once on a single first order, has no cash value and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. It applies to product prices only, not to taxes or shipping, and may not be combined with other discount codes. Any expiration date will be stated in the email that delivers your code or announces our launch.
Joining the waitlist doesn’t reserve inventory or guarantee a launch date. We may refuse or cancel codes obtained through fraud, multiple or fake accounts, or misuse.
You can leave the waitlist anytime with the unsubscribe link in our emails.

4. Our products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Information on the Site, in our emails, on our blog and from our chat assistant is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always talk to your healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Read the label, directions and warnings before use.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and don’t include sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable. Official prices at launch: NR PURO 30 — $35; NR PURO 60 — $53. We work to keep prices and product information accurate; if we discover an error, we may correct it and, if an order has been placed, we’ll contact you before processing it or cancel it with a full refund.

6. Orders

Once the store opens, your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order (for example, because of an error, suspected fraud or limited stock); if we’ve charged you, we’ll refund you in full.

7. Chat assistant

The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not medical, legal or professional advice. Don’t share health information or other personal details in the chat. If you need help from a person, ask the assistant to contact our team or email us.

8. Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site: for example, by breaking the law, interfering with the Site’s operation or security, trying to access data you aren’t authorized to access, scraping or copying the Site at scale, or using automated means to join the waitlist or obtain codes.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, images, logos, product names and the LifeXpan® trademark — belong to LifeXpan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON’T GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEXPAN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE OR AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. Some states don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LifeXpan harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of any protections you have under the consumer laws of the state where you live. If you have a concern, please email us first at hola@us.lifexpan.com — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction, including small claims court where eligible.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms — for example, when our store opens. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Changes won’t apply retroactively, and the Terms in effect when you place an order will apply to that order.
